Local Express Shipping (Australia): 1 to 2 business days

International Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days (depending on the country). 

International Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (depending on the country). 

Multiple Items
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Customs Tax
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

Dear Mon Cheri is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Dear Mon Cheri is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Secure Delivery Address
Dear Mon Cheri recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. We cannot deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses. Orders to PO box or parcel locker addresses will be receiving an email to confirm a valid delivery address. Dear Mon Cheri is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

Any Goods returned by a customer to Dear Mon Cheri are at the sole risk and cost of the customer.  The customer must bear the cost and expense of any loss of or damage to any Goods  that are returned. The customer must, and undertakes to ensure, that any Goods returned to Dear Mon Cheri are sent by registered post with an effective tracking facility.


Furthermore, they must satisfy the following conditions:


  1. The 30 day returns date will start from the date of shipment.
  2. All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions, size tags, and barcode).
  3. The product has not been worn (except to try on for size).
  4. The product has not been soiled or damaged.
  5. The product has not been altered by you in any way.
  6. The goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, assessed by the online.
  7. Different from a style pictured or described.
  8. If you are returning an item that is part of an offer such as a 2 for 1 or buy one get one free, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer and not based on the original price of the item/s individually.
  9. Sales items can only be returned for online credit
  10. We do not accept change of mind returns



To ensure items are fit to be returned, we recommend that you:
(a) do not apply anybody moisturisers before trying clothing on in order to avoid marking leather, silk, suede and other delicate fabrics;
(b) do not let make-up rub off on garments, and
(c) do not allow jewellery to catch on garments.
